My hands fall asleep

I'm just wondering if any of you here have the same problem as me. My hands fall asleep. And it is scarring the heck out of me. I don't feel my hands. I have to always take my hands off the throttle and grip and let my arm dangle a few moments to wake them up. Is it just me?
