Two-up or Solo?

I'm in the middle do modifying my bike.....adding some bling, changing seats, sissybar on/maybe off. I'm struggling with what's the best way to go.

I love the solo but I find that I don't want to leave valuables in the saddlebags, I really don't want to switch to hard bags and the locks for the soft bags are well, pitiful. The sissybar allows for an extra and removeable bag but then I lose the solo attraction of the bike.

I see both on the road but I am really curious about how other women solve their "stuff" issues.
