This policy applies to the MotoMoto application and MotoMoto Inc.

Explicit Prohibition: MotoMoto Inc. has a zero-tolerance policy regarding child sexual abuse and exploitation. We strictly prohibit any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.

• All Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is removed immediately.
• Violations are reported to NCMEC and international law enforcement.
• Reports are processed within 24 hours.

Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection

We collect the following information to provide and improve our services:

• Precise Location: Required for route recording and map features.
• Background Location: This app collects location data to enable trip tracking even when the app is closed or not in use.
• Account Info: Name, email, and profile picture.

2. Data Usage

Your data is used only for the functionality of the MotoMoto app and is not sold to third parties.

3. Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all data via the "Settings" menu in the app or by contacting us at support@motomoto.app.
